The services provided by the Firm to companies , in addition to others, involve: defense in all areas of labor justice ; the identification of inadequate internal procedures , with the purpose of adopting measures that protect the company from suffering labor claims ; administrative defense with the agencies
supervisors ; labor, as in the termination of employment contracts.
As for the defense of the interests of workers and service providers , the body of experts acts in the elaboration and monitoring of labor claims in the first and second instances and higher courts. All representation by the Office is carried out as a way for the worker and the service provider to be compensated for all the inappropriate procedures adopted by the companies, such as: application of dismissal with just cause in an improper manner ; non-payment of unhealthy and dangerous work conditions that are harmful to health; illegal outsourcing; fraudulent stages; unpaid overtime ; unpaid family allowance , abusive workday; among other acts.
